Glad my post on my coldsores provided you with some support! I've had the irritating mouth sores since late high school. And as of 1994 when I fell asleep in a convertible car all morning, I now get a sun blister on my forehead if I let it burn. I find the best thing to keep outbreaks down is: lots of vitamin C, A (all the fruit and veggie stuff), good sleeping habits, no smoking and I've stopped shaving - the razor used to cause really bad outbreaks because it would irritate the skin.
