Update to RSS feed…
I noticed my earlier addition of the Serpent’s Nest had broken my RSS feed. Not sure if anyone other than myself was using that feed, but I suspect some of you probably were. Basically I have split the feed in two, both available as links in the ‘Meta’ menu in the left column of the site.
The regular feed, that just lists my blog entries is the one entitled ‘Serpent RSS’. In addition I have added a new feed that just lists the imported ‘Serpents Nest’ syndication posts. This is the one entitled ‘Nest RSS’. Add either or both to your feed reader depending on your preference. The old RSS is no longer linked to in the menu, but its URL still works, it just includes both the Serpent and Nest posts.
I am partying hard at the moment, so regular blogging service will be resumed when I have time. Don’t hold your breath…

hey count anton,
you have quite a few users on this site i see. is there a handy rss feed from your site to call in all your users’ blogs in one iteration? i’m currently subscribed to http://serpent.antonchanning.com/feed/ hoping that i’ll get all KIA and Nest news.

July 16th, 2008 at 20:53:33Hi Seani,
The feed you are subscribed to will get a combination of the feeds for my Serpent blog and the Serpent’s Nest aggregation. The Serpent’s Nest Aggregation currently includes…
* New KIA Forum posts to the public board (but not replies, KIA blogs or posts the members area)
* Posts from your PagAnarchy blog.
The Serpent’s Nest appears to have many users, this is because it imports the author names from KIA and PagAnarchy to attach to the aggregation posts, rather than giving credit to me. Further, I don’t allow comments on Nest posts here, prefering to redirect feedback to the source of the post, where it belongs. This is achieved currently by clicking on the title, but I was also thinking of adding a ‘reply’ link at the bottom of the article linking back to the original site.
