Hello one and all. It’s time to release another chapter of Liber Malorum!!
This chapter, Pneumonia was written by myself and is one of the weaving fabrics of the overall Liber Malorum tapestry – what do I mean by that? Well if you’ve been following my blog at all, you’ll know that each of the 72 chapters in Liber Malorum are stand-alone reads, as well each being an essential fabric of the whole work that is Liber Malorum.
The Pneumonia chapter is also the last appearance in the book of the character Helene who appears a number of times previously. Helene is a favourite amongst psychonauts, SMers and dykes, in that order
I haven’t been posting the chapters from Liber Malorum in numeric order, but as they become relevant in my day to day life. Well currently there are a whole number of people discussing the Mayan prophecies of 2012. Is it the end of time like some predict? Or just an ordinary year in the Gregorian calendar…
Well I don’t really answer that question in Pneumonia, but I do discuss how 2012 might be useful to the spiritual and pagan and activist communities.
Happy reading!

David Rankine, author of many fine books including Becoming Magick, Climbing the Tree Of Life and Practical Planetary Magick (co-authored with the lovely Sorita D’Este) has written a very positive review of Liber Malorum.
Here’s an excerpt of it:
Bernadette (or burn many if they are mounting up faster than your ability to pay them) is the patsy, the eye of reason exposed to the horned serpent selling sex, drugs, magick and music from the garden stall. She is the straight woman providing mundane rationality as a piece of malleable plasticine for the plethora of authors to tease into bizarre and fantastic shapes. This book is a literary psychedelic with special guest appearances from the good, the bad and the ugly.
I enjoyed this book and seriously suggest you give it a try.
Read the rest of the review on the the Esoteric Book Review website.
Go on.
hugs to all from Sean

Oh yes, I am posting again.
Well, just started reading Sun Tzu and must say it’s partially interesting in theory. I just pity those who contsantly apply this. LaVey leaves more room for fun and saved my butt in conflict. When people read this stuff to apply it in real life, they probably lack the attentive attitude needed for the text which makes ‘em use it imperfectly, and forget they can well switch to another mode where they don’t use it – in other words they’d get all fanatic.
No I don’t wanna change roles with a manager who applies "Art of War" constantly. He might get a hell of a lot of success out of it but will loose the ability to enjoy it, and risks so much, possibly might end in jail.
Apply "Art of War" fully and loose coolness and fun forever! Can you ENJOY that meal after THAT day? There’s a knowedege in you, you’ve put yourself in danger again!
I guess the knowledge from "Being And Nothingness" is forever superior over "The Art of War". Morons, be careful, you might be asking someone to put it to an end forever!
The idiocy is you leave someone else no other choice than escape or fight. How will you end up?
So much for attentive strategy.
(edit by Anton: sorry this needed to be a new thread, I’ve called it Art of War)

Every activity you participate in your day to day life is constructed of a series of skills that you have. If you want to improve that activity, you need to improve the specific skills that form it. This can be done with almost any activity. For example, I break running down into things like cruise [...]

Recently I was asked for my views on vengeance. Quite why I was asked I don’t know, since I don’t actually know the individual concerned in person. Such is the nature of the internet! At the time I was busy with something and decided this was far too delicate a subject to rush off a [...]

Vajrayana, Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism and Tantric Buddhism are often used synonymously. Not sure which of the terms is most accurate.
I mentioned in that other post that I had done some reading regarding that topic and that especially Dakinis caught my interest. For some reason I am now going deeper into the topic of Vajrayana. I keep finding useful techniques, especially mantras from that tradition.
It is a vast and rich treasure of practices and so many available for free on the internet. It seems Vajrayana has a Boddhisattva and/or mantra or other practice for everything you might want or need.
I am far from a comprehensive understanding of the tradition and wonder if a western lay could even get such so easily. I guess my pragmatic approach might not be the most unbuddhist thing to do, though.
I guess one has to expect that results from any practice could in this case well come with insights or "lessons" of some sort because in the end it all aims at illumination. However, worldly pleasures and sorcery are in no way suppressed by Vajrayana, as some might expect. There are mantras for wealth and health, sexual "deities", even fierce but wise "deities".
There is so much on the internet that I wouldn’t know where to start with giving you any links, and I have also done a lot of my surfing on German pages anyway. So you might be well off with googling on your own.
What I just wanna say is – if you aren’t into it already – if you want to do magic for whatever, there’s this vast treasure of Vajrayana where you can probably find something useful.

The Bully
You’ve got the sticks, I see you have the stones
It seems we’re just too good to leave alone
And that respect is just too much to ask
There’s not much going on behind that mask
You fancy us cheap victims as you hide
But through the mask, the victim is inside
You ostracize us and you spread the word
Eat Alka-Seltzer, nasty little bird
Drink antifreeze, delinquent little brat
I wish your daddy wore a jimmy hat
I will not tip my hat to such a wretch
Get your kicks somewhere else, perverted letch
You have your little way, but it’s in vain
The show is over, but the fool remains
Denouncing you, this time I won’t neglect
You’ve earned one thing, and it is not respect

Most of my political action is anarchist and I try avoid too much action involved in influencing government or getting involved in party politics since I tend to see polical parties as authoritarian gangs vying for power and democracy as a kind of system of rules that let different gangs assume control without as much [...]
